SKIMMER
WSK Skimmers, also known as Gun Barrels are designed to provide long residence times during which coalescence and gravity separation can occur. Skimmer tanks are the first stage for oily water separation. Outlet oil-in-water content from 1000 to 3000 ppm depending on process conditions and fluid properties.

- Skimmers can be either pressurized or atmospheric vessels (in the case of smaller sizes).
- Inlet fume and water spreader for optimal separation and vertical velocity management.
- Inlet degassing drum.
- Pressure/vacuum valve.
- Optional access ladder & plat.
- Gauge glass assemblies.
- Flanged or grooved connections.
- Standard sizes (bbls): 40, 90, 160, 250, 315, 400, 450, 750 & 1000.
